subsitute C with 20 and proceed computation
= 9/5(20) +32
= 180/5 + 32
= 36 + 32
= 68 deg. fahrenhiet
20 deg. celsius = 68 deg. fahrenheit

Divide 9 by 5 (1.8) then multiply that by 20 (equals 36) and then add the 32. So the answer is 68 fahrenheit
C in the expression is were you put the degrees in celsius, and because there is no sign you automatically multiply it.

Well 9/5 = 1.8 so multiply 20 by 1.8
20 x 1.8 = 36
Then add 32 onto this.
36 + 32 = 68
so it is 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

Fahrenheit to Celsius is 9/5C+32
Celsius to Fahrenheit is 5/9*(F-32)
Example:
0C=32F
100C=212F
9/5(0C)+32=32F
9/5(100C)+32=900/5+32=180+32=212F
5/9*(32F-32)=5/9*0=0C
5/9*(212F-32)=5/9*180=900/9=100C
So, in answer to your question;
9/5(20C)+32=180/5+32=36+32=68F
