What does he mean? HELP!!!?

Hi there yahoo-ers,

I have this guy friend who I've known for a while, and he is constantly falling for girls. He never seems to get over them and always messages them via facebook and text. At his most recent party he got drunk and told one of them that he loved her. Until recently, this didn't bother me, but I've realised that I like him... a lot. It's so frustrating because I can see that he still is pining after those other girls- whenever one of them doesn't show up at a party he gets really down. But I can't help it, he's so sweet to me and tells me I look beautiful and always talks to me and hangs out with me. At a recent party he was holding my hand and it's got me so confused. Then he'll go weeks and not even text me. I feel like I'm always in last place with him. What does this all mean? Does he like me? What should I do?

This might confuse you more, but I think he's a 50/50 guy. He probably wants some attention from girls, therefore, holds your hand, flirts, tells you your beautiful. And then he might do that to some other girl, and thats why he doesnt text you or anything. I think you should tell him how you feel and see what he says, if he likes you, then thats great, but if he doesnt, its time to move on. I hope I helped, and Good Luck x

I think you both sound really young- too young to be falling in love. The guy you like sounds confused. I think if you pursue your feelings for him you may end up getting hurt, on the other hand it may stop him going after all these other girls if he has a steady girlfriend. You will just have to go with your gut feeling... hope it works out for you xx
