Stinky Stinky Washing Machine!!!?
How can I get a nasty moldy, stinky smell out of my washing machine? I just bought my house and the Machine came with it. I don't think the previous owner used it in years. I've cleaned it with bleach and hot water, lysol, ajax detergent... you name it.
Any words of advice on how to get rid of this smell?
....Other than get a new machine, which may be my last option.

First of all....are you sure the smell is coming from *inside* the machine?
I'd take the time to move it away from where ever it is, clean back there, check for that smell, and go so far as to remove the panel in the back. The smell could be coming from in the case of the machine and not inside the drum.
If this isn't the case, then fill the machine with water and bleach and let it agitate for a while, then stop it and let the water sit in it for a few hours.
Drain and repeat with maybe some baking soda.
Good luck.

They have this stuff called washer magic deodorizer and cleaner got it at Wal-mart. haven't used it yet , but it is for HE washers. Look around in the laundry soap section for a deodorizer that is for what ever kind of you wash machine you have. Also look around the rim of your wash machine there might be some nasty stuff up in there. If you can't clean it you may have to purchase a new wash machine.
