Is It True That A Lady Got Locked Up For Slowing Down Time?

Ok so me and my friend were talking today and he told me that a lady got locked up for making a time machine  that slowed down time And The federal government or something locked the lady up and took the time machine and and locked it away i dont know if the story is true but i really want to know. AND IF YOU DONT KNOW DONT ANSWER.

It is true..... and she got 5 years in jail but she she complained because the time machine made it 50 years. How would you feel if you got 10 times your sentence...............it's not fair!!!!!!!!!!
The FBI should give her back her time machine to let her out.......come on peeps......what do you think?????

Damn, it must be true if your friend said it happened.  But now that you've posted it on the internet, everyone will know.  The government is probably watching you right now.  You and your friend know too much.  Your only hope is to get in touch with Scully and Mulder.  They might be able to help.

I never heard that but I did hear about a Russian that was sent back into the past and was never retrieved. If that's true why isn't he the richest man in the entire world unless he didn't survive the trip.
