how do i get rid of personal antivirus it wont even let me get on youtube

    LThe Personal Antivirus is a 'rogue' program which will soon install a 'trojan virus in your system. I had to erase everything on my computer. Everything. And start from scratch. I'm lucky that I still had the start-up disc's. Took me all day because I'm not so computer literate. A professional could have accomplished the job in an hour. After all of that, I downloaded a reliable anti-virus program.

    I think you have to enter safe mode. And don't try Norton it sucks and has problems. And don't try McAfee either.

    I recommend Avira AntiVir Personal for antivirus and Zoen Alarm basic firewall if you don't have better security stuff or is your looking for better ones.

    Control Panel - add and remove programs - than find the anti-virus the uninstall ... that get norton free trial best anti virus you can get and it lets you go on youtube

    First of all, try scannning your system in safe mode using a decent spyware remover, such as Spyware Doctor, Malwarebytes or SUPERAntiSpyware. If that doesn't work, try removing it manually:
