Dell Studio Slim Desktop - 1 inch VGA Slot Fan?

Can anyone recommend a product that fits in a 1 inch slot under the low profile graphics card fan please? It's a TFX size not a standard ATX size. So the slots are 1 inch long.

My GPU runs up to 70c. 90c if I use a silent runner card.

    just sell the computer

    they are at the front like on any computer but if its a smaller case there might not be any expansion slots/5,25 drive bay
