Cold green tea vs hot green tea.?
Hey um does drinking glasses of cold green tea have the same affect on my skin that a hot cup does? Because I can drink cold all day I just can't boil water cuz I'm at school

Chemically, it's the same and will effect you the same, you just have to soak the tea-bag a longer time in cold water to have the same strength of tea.

I drink HOT Green Tea..but have made too much and placed that in the fridge--for the next day.. I prefer HOT.. Green Tea is the best choice for making Iced Tea.
