Could I Be Haunted? (By Spirits&Ghosts ect)?

Okay about 2 years ago..well now it would be about 3 I could sense things, like i'd have feeling someone was there all the time i have seen figures of people i don't even know in my old house. One night my friend and i went into the basement. We were sitting on the bench and i felt very tired. then after it was like i was watching myself talk and i could see my friend get scared. I thought i was dead i saw my friend smack my face Then it felt like i woke up. She said i was talking with a high pitched voice about a guy. idk who, but apparently thats called channeling. I later since moved to my new house the first day there i swear i saw a little boy crying. My friend and i were playing around with a video camera. We recored someting moving fast from one end of my room to the other. There was a night i was sleeping in my lazy boy recliner. I heard laughing i told my friend to shut up. I heard it again i woke up looked at my cold room door. I saw blood red eyes and i could make out some sort of smile it said hello child i freaked out closed my eyes hoping i was dreaming, i heard laughing again i woke up it was right infront of me. i freaked i ran through it to my friend started shaking her she wouldnt budge i got up and i started to move out of my room, i tripped and it was gone. that was at 5am. another day i was home alone i was in my shower i heard the door open i yelled mom go away i heard footsteps coming to my shower im like MOM leave me alone. my door opened i saw the figure of a man. i was like WTF i tried to open my shower door but i couldnt so i moved back pushed forward my lights went out then when they turned on my door opened and the figure was gone. Most recent was a few days ago. I was sleeping it was about 2am. I felt someone watching me so i woke up looked over saw a boy standing there fear quickly ran over me i thought it was a killer or something..i stared for a few minutes not sure wether to scream or remain quiet.. When the figure disappered so did my fear. Last night i was going to bed like normal i was curling up getting ready to sleep. I felt strong pressure on my arm. then it got really hot. i felt heat going up my back and felt pressure on my chest i saw nothing. I got up turn the lights on saw nothing felt nothing but when i went back and layed down i was freezing. I got up went upstairs fell asleep just fine..could i be haunted?
