i am the 1 with custody..so, do i allow the mother to visitation or do i not?.

You have sole custody, so tell that mother that she is out of luck. And tell the judge who issued the court order conflicting to take a long walk off a short pier.
When they come to arrest you, please do not mention my name.

If the court order gives her visitation rights, yes you have to allow her the visitation.
