daily routine!...100 -140 oz's of diet pepsi/diet dr. pepper,100-140 oz's of water,1 or 2 big jugs of hot tea,1 5 hour energy shot...this is what i do mon.-fri....besides food intake and a pain pill(1-3) and vitamin's i take daily (fish oil & One-A-Day)...should i be surprised that my extremities have been cramping quite frequently?

i have 20 DVD's with cases but no sleeve inserts..where can i find them to print?

no bone structural issues 1st off.BUT, it's those tiny lil' muscles in my neck and lower back...the neck once triggered only gets worse and spreads..and i lose money from it by leaving work early all the time...and the pain is excruciating to say the least...i frequently trigger the neck problems simply by walking fast while turning my head....once triggered the only thing i can do is suffer and leave work soon as i get the chance during which time i keep working i literally move as slow as humanly possible..which does little for my JOB.....let me know...

need to know best & cheapest place to cash my tax refund ( other than WAL-MART)..

this is 3rd or 4th time they have errored and until this time they have corrected them all, but this time they are saying they can't because they fixed the others!...what can i do?will a lawyer be able to do anything at all?

i bought a small container at TARGET.now, on it..it says to add to water....now the gym i used to go to...they added it to MILK...not to mention.its name sake..no-where on the container does it even mention the option of adding it to milk...will it alter the taste any?
