Green AV (Green AntiVirus) is a fake program. it is a rogue spyware that acts to be an antivirus although it is a virus itself. anyways, you should follow the removal guide (step by step help) at the post below to get rid of Green AV

In order to uninstall a program you must go into control panel and open up the "Add/Remove programs". Some anti-viruses require you to run safe mode while it uninstalls. So if it wont let you run the uninstaller regularly then boot into safe mode. In order to get into safe mode, press F8 right before the windows loading logo comes up.

You cant find it becouse you have trojans that promote it, and not green av itself. Update your security program and scan your pc for viruses. I recommend nod32/spyware doctor/malware bytes anti-malware or avira.
Or you can use manual instructions, for example these : http://www.2-viruses.com/remove-green-av

Try to get it out using Malwarebytes. It is a free and very powerful removing tool.
