You don't say what the errors are. But if they are errors caused through no fault of your own, you should take your business to another bank.
As for a lawyer, they cost a lot of money. Does the size of the error justify the cost.

If you deposited cash, not much can be done. If it was direct deposit or check, they should have copies of that check and your work should have records of the correct deposit. If they are saying your overdrew and you do not have overdraft protection or have jumped through their loops to insure you can't be charged for overdraft, that is no mistake; it will be in their fine-print somewhere and there's nothing you can do.
Banks do not make mistakes (often). If a bank is making mistakes, they won't be in business long. Keep an eye out for others in your area who claim to have had the same trouble. You don't want to pay a lawyer or take the bank to small claims because of the price; not worth it and their lawyers are always the best.
If you have no paper trail or the amount is minuscule, nothing can be done. Again, banks don't make mistakes, we do by not paying attention.
I left BoA along with 6 other friends because they kept not deducting our check card usages when we accumulated them. They'd withhold a $70 payment from the records until you'd use enough of your account to have it overdraft when that charge was applied. They misplaced a whole $94 worth of transactions on me for a week and a half and slammed it on me before payday to have the overdraft change hit me.
They have admitted to having done this "inadvertently" during 2006/2007.. ironically as the market started to go down.
I moved to Wells Fargo and haven't had that problem since.
Good luck dude!
