2 court orders r n conflict with the other 1,which takes presidence?contempt of court issue being my concern?

i have 2 court orders from same judge/same court...1 says " no contact"....other says " visitation rights"...now which do i follow without worrying about being in contempt ? do i follow the most recent?

    Typically the newer court order would specifically rescind the previous order. Read it and see if that was done.
