what risks am i taking?..too much water,pop?
daily routine!...100 -140 oz's of diet pepsi/diet dr. pepper,100-140 oz's of water,1 or 2 big jugs of hot tea,1 5 hour energy shot...this is what i do mon.-fri....besides food intake and a pain pill(1-3) and vitamin's i take daily (fish oil & One-A-Day)...should i be surprised that my extremities have been cramping quite frequently?
