Should I wear black tights under white leggings?

depends how thick the white leggings are.

you should wear skin color tights under the white leggings and if you get a color that matches your skin it will look like your only wearing leggings. you can get the tights at any department store (macys, jc penny,ect.) and at most shoes stores (aldo shoes), and some clothing stores.

I would wear black tights a cute studded black belt (belt it only if it is a basic dress with no jewels or patterns) black and white necklace and umm i would say black pumps but it all depends on the dress

If the white leggings are not very thick, the black tights may show through. ALternativeliy, you can wear skin tone pantyhose in higher denier for extra warmth.

I think they mite show thru. Try wearing nude colored tights under the white stockings. Try and get them as close to ur skin color as possible. Have fun being Dorothy!

i think they would be good. if you live in a cold place, that's fine. if it's not going to be that cold at night, i wouldn't do it. i get hot trick or treating cuz you run from house to house.
