What's up with that last dude?

It looks like your gelatin is called dofu which is the chinese equivalent to tofu. This site is probably a site which sells different flavored dofu. I guess you have almond flavor. I don't see why you couldn't use yours for these recipes. It would be like buying a different brand of tofu. See if you come up with the same conclusion about this as I did. Cut one of the recipes in half and try it. See what happens. I bet it will be yummy. It also replaces agar in certain recipes. What a cool thing I learned today (if I'm right).

Go back to the market and get a can of Lychees in syrup. Serve the almond jello cut into cubes in a large bowl with drained fruit cocktail and one can of lychee fruit with the syrup. Not the syrup from the fruit cocktail. Serve chilled.

If you like the almond, you will really like the mango one. That doesn't need anything more than a little evaporated milk.

  • isn't gelatin haram?
