God - energy being

Person/body - physical being

Soul - immortal energy

this is a rather obscure reference to the ABSOLUTE. Our minds cannot resolve such a dilemma. At the level of the Absolute, the three laws (aka "persons) are ONE because the Absolute is one, and MUST be one. But immediately below the Absolute, in the world created, the laws are divided into three laws. This is WORLD THREE.

Immediately below world three, the world IT creates has it's OWN three laws, plus the three laws from the world above. That is, six laws. This is world six (which is, for us, our GALAXY. World 3 is the universe). Below world 6, the world it creates has three laws of it's own, the six from the world above and three from the world above that. Twelve laws. World 12. This is OUR SUN. Below that, the world the sun "creates", there are three of it's own laws, twelve laws from the world above it, six from the world above that, and three from the world above that. Twenty four laws. World 24. The world that the living earth exists in. The world of the planets, so to speak.

Below that, in the same progression, we have WORLD 48. OUR world. The environment we see and exist in on the surface of our planet. The number of laws are, 3 from world 3, six from world 6, twelve from world 12, twenty four from world 24 and three of our own laws. Total, 48 laws.

The lowest world (hell) has 96 laws. World 96. (in fact, our MOON. The ACTUAL MOON.) If we had been born there, there would be no escape. As it is, escape to higher worlds is difficult enough.

This is called the RAY OF CREATION. It is OUR ray of creation. As Gurdjieff says, there may be other rays but it doesn't matter, only OUR ray matters to us. It's metaphysics. It becomes "religion" when an unnecessary emotional element is attached to it.
