Does Yahoo readily accept people's interpretation of abuse of service to spam you?

I was reported for abuse of terms of service (a farce). When you go to appeal, Yahoo has a little checked box stating that it's okay to receive surveys from them and from their partners. Okay, fair enough...all you have to do is uncheck it right?

Yahoo also adds a confirmation code. Three times it stated that I didn't enter the code properly and each time everything else entered on the form remained the same except....you guessed it...that little checked box.

Yahoo needs to really check why these people are stating some abuses terms of service instead of just sending a form letter.

What do you think?

Yes they do .I believe the Y/A answer team uses personal opinion in their decisions .I have often requested exactly what I've done that's in violation-so it won't be repeated but have gotten nowhere with it .Yet you'll read answers from the sameblatantlyy abusive Y/A members over and over. But really what can you expect from customer service reps.?

I agree. I was once deleted for asking peoples opinions about an editorial in the washington post as being against the TOS. I only quoted one paragraph, and the other asking a question about a restaurant I used to go to. SOmeone thought he name of it was racist. But you can get losers like sugar who ask why republicans lynched van jones. That one stays up despite complaints about it.
