I feel super anxious and stressed for no reason.... What can I do to help it go away?

I'm not a depressed person. I'm not a person who gets panic attacks or even stressed about anything. But, this last week I have felt so overwhelmed and so stressed it's crazy. I feel so anxious. Any noise or something I can't control I feel tense.

    Our bodies are the smartest things.

    -Your body is putting off signals to let you know that it needs some attention and some work.

    My advice to you is REST and RELAX, EXERCISE and EAT RIGHT.

    Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep and eating healthy.

    I had that too! I am 17 and turning 18 in March. And I had that most of the time. I would cry for no reason, get sad for a couple days, and then find happiness in something and then get melacholy again. It's really weird and then I started thinking that I wasn't sane. Honestly, you just need to ask yourself "Why do you get uncomfortable?" And then start from there. For me, it was this big problem I was trying to hide, and it was school. I hated it, and I hated the fact that I hated it too (if that makes sense). I hated everyone in it as well, and I realized I needed to address that problem. As I worked on solving it...these weird emotional swings went away. I took this special test and ended up graduating my junior year from high school and am planning on attending community college in January. I turned things around. You just need to address a deeper problem, and it could be something very simple that has been bothering you for a long time or something big and obvious. It's all something that you need to work out mentally and address it in the best way possible. Things will get better, if you start looking at everything in a better light and address your problems. It takes a while and it'll be worth it. My story obviously has a lot of gaps in it where all these big things happened, and parts where I felt super suicidal but just keep your head up and don't give up. Emotions like yours could lead to depression and that has happened to me many times. Just address your problems (like I said for the zillionth time). Hope everything goes well.     I agree about the smoking thing, but if you don't have any then get some exercise. Your body could be telling you that it needs to get up and move around.

    Exercise always makes me feel good, if I don't get my exercise, I get horrible road rage lol. Also, did anything out of the ordinary/drastic happen last week?

    maybe it's from lack of little to do that's what makes me heated, my guess would be just to find some activities that you enjoy doing instead of one's that are stressful
