Deep conditioner for hair?

I do that with the $22 jar of Biolage Deep conditioning treatment...I just put a shower cap over it, and then a turbie twist like towel to catch the drips. It's so nice to comb out in the morning after a deep condish treatment (comb before you rinse, NEVER brush wet hair), and just rinse for a few seconds...it really helps to pamper your hair with overnight treatments, but just make sure it doesn't have any Sodium Laurel Sulfates in it, that cannot sit on your hair overnight, it's terribly too harsh for that length of time.

It will definitely work, just remember to put a towel over your pillow just in case you get some of the conditioner on your sheets.

depends on the conditoner and your hair...if the conditioner has alot of protein in it and your hair is healthy with protein then your hair will break off slowly. it happens slowly so some people dont notice and dont realize that is what is causing it. so just check for the word protein on the conditioner and pay attention to your hair
