All you have to say, Honey, I really think you look exceptionally nice today, don't mention the shirt, she will then wonder why you said that, and guess what, the women's curiosity will win her over to your side, let her wonder what and why and what she did to cause you to say that compliment, keep her thinking, what did I do for such a nice compliment, don't get mushy or direct, or she will think your hitting on her because you like her big boobs, women don't like to get hit on and then you will be different. I agree with "alabama". For example, "alabama" is wearing a red shirt, so I would say something like this:

"That's a really cute shirt. Makes your eyes sparkle."

Feel free to say pretty instead of cute, and top instead of shirt. Don't refer to her jeans as a "bottom" though. Not a good idea lol.

If you want to ask her where she got it from, you can easily find out the clothing store and maybe pick out something for her from there sometime. That's how you can surprise her.
