Why are people make spiteful little....?

....remarks that make you feel dreadful in front of everyone.

There is this one girl who is fairly pleasant towards me during certain lessons, but when she has an audience of her fellow "it's" she makes nasty comments about people. It really irritates me. Why the hell does she do it, and how do you think I should react?

Honest to goodness - it makes her feel better about herself.

People are paying attention to her and laughing at her 'jokes' and it really gives her a confidence boost.

Sad, but hurting people's feelings has become fairly popular.

    You should ignore it.

    Kill her with kindness.

She'll get angry and probably explode on you...and THEN, she looks like a complete idiot. Been there done that.

When she says something, just ignore her.

And if she keeps at it, continue to ignore her.

Treat everyone with politeness, even those who are rude to you - not because they are nice, but because YOU ARE.

Because she's a stupid little little girl that has nothing better to do than to make people sad about themselves.

I'm assuming you're probably talking about a girl is in your school, don't worry we all go through it at one point.

I look at it as these people mean nothing to me and I'm never going to see them again in my life so there's no reason to get mad.

Good luck and as long as you stick with your friends you should be fine.

It is because people are insignificant without an audience, and when they get one, they unleash their anger on their most unsuspecting target.

  • some people need to say stuff about other people to make them feel good about themselves. don't worry about it hun, just be the bigger person and ignore her, she must be very unhappy.

Ignore it & be sweet anyways. In the end- the "its" won't matter anyways. Give it until after college.
