Straight-to-curly-Hair!! (HELP!!!)?

Ok well my hair is kinda wavy and frizzy naturally. I want a way to get it curly for school tomorrow overnight. If i wash it and use mousse in it and scrunch it, and just throw it up in a bun, should it be curly when i wake up? If not, how can i get it to be curly easy!?? Thanks 10 pts to best answer! :):)

i know a really good way to curl hair... the day before school!

i saw it on a youtube video. all you have to do when you get out of the shower wait til your hair is damp and get some paper bags and strip them into pieces. the rest is kind of hard to explain so watch the video to see how it's really done! you can also try this with old wash rags too! i bet you would look really cute in it!

Here's what you need to do....

Shower and let hair dry in a towel for five to fifteen minutes, so your hair is slightly damp and NOT sopping wet.

The apply a curl enhancing mousse (like Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Mousse, Aussie Catch the Wave Mousse, etc.). Put it in your roots for volume, and all the way to the tips. French braid your hair (two braids, not one). Let your hair dry (or get close to dry) before going to bed. Then sleep on it for extra curl and hold. Don't take out the braids until morning. If the curls are messy in the morning, use a spray bottle and spray a little water on them to relax the curl. Feel free to add more mousse in the morning if necessary.

    Hope this helps

Thats exactly how i do it! My hair is naturally straight. I towel dry my hair then put mouse and this garnier fructus curl spray in my hair, then i scrunch it and put it up in two small buns on my head. when i wake up i blow the drier over it to make sure its dry then i take them out and use hairspray. its the only way to get my hair curly without an iron. good luck!

Yes the bun thing will work or you could just scrunch it and also add hairspray... then braid it lightly in random places and curl the rest in the morning or @ night... so curly braid and scrunch

yes, that should work. you can also take gel and hairspray or mousse and scrunch it at night and in the mornin just go over it a little.

i guess you could do that and then if there are any pieces that don't look right make waves with either a curling iron or straightener. if all else fails you can't go wrong with a messy bun!
