How to break up with a guy i'm not really into, but he ADORES me. i just wanna break up over the phone.....?
i'm in 8th grade and i've been this guy's girlfriend for like 2 or 3 weeks and idk what to do. we go to different schools so i only see him like a couple times a week. he keeps telling me he like LOVES me and i'm really weirded out.....so i finally told him that i DIDN'T love him, i just really liked him. also, all my friends say that i can TOTALLY do better than him even though they say i shouldn't break up with him anyway. and i kind of agree he's not that cute. but i'm just not that into him and i don't really think he's my type. i still wanna be friends with him becuase i've known him for awhile and he's really nice....as a friend.
so i really just wanna pull it off like a band aid and just break up on the phone. i know it's kinda mean and everything to do that so don't call me a beeotch or watever. should i break up over the phone or just wait to see him again, cause really just wanna get it over with.

Emma... Trust me for a sec, K? It hurts to get broken up with with a girl you adore. It hurts ten times more if she doesn't have the courtesy to do it in person. Please, please, please, if you care about this guy at all.. Do it in person. I've been broken up with over email, through texts, and over the phone. Do him the courtesy of calling it off in person

I'm in 9th grade and I understand what you mean. If ur not that into him then just be honest with him and say you still want to be friends. But if you do still want to be friends with him then I wouldn't break up with him over the phone. Cause that is kinda mean, and he might not want to be friends after that. It's alot easier to do it in person.

oooo, thats harsh, you better make sure that you let him down nice and easy or being friends wil be akward
also breaking up with him on the phine will only make it worse you have to do it to his face in private

its happened before to my friend but after she broke up wit him she regretted it becuz at the time the boy was acting wierd and she was kinda scared and wierded out but when she broke up wit him he matured and stopped acting like a goof now he has a gf and she wants him bak!
