Duel Disk System!... TM?
I'm working on a Duel Disk made of cardboard and right now, I'm working on the deck holder. Any ideas on how to have the deck not fall out aside from blocking the front?

You could glue some extra strips of cardboard inside the deck (they could go front to back or side to side - side to side may give you enough open space to insert the diskettes).
