Aquarius is way too insane and psychotic for Libra.

Sun signs won't tell you anything. If you were going by Sun signs alone, the Aquarius would be a much better partner for the Libra, because they are both air signs, and have a natural understanding and similarity in their love for communication and thought.

However, the only thing Sun sign compatibility is good for is a bit of amusement, because without the entire birth chart, you won't be able to tell a thing. There is a study in astrology called "synastry" which shows how the birth charts between two partners lines up by aspect. So if your Sun is in Libra, at let's say 13 degrees, and the Virgo had a Venus in Libra within a couple degrees of that, they would be conjunct, which would be a positive aspect in synastry. That's why you need the exact birth times of both partners you are considering, so you can see all of their planets and house placements. Where your planets fall in their houses is also important. All in all, it is something that takes a lot of study, and if you are unfamiliar with real astrology, it won't be an easy undertaking.

I see a lot of these questions of people trying to choose between two partners, or help a friend choose. Why should you need validation like this? Love is something that has to be felt. If you knew which one you wanted, you wouldn't even need to consider the other. While synastry is a good way to know what you might expect, the best information is through living and experiencing. Why don't you follow your heart and go with the one that makes you feel right? After all is said and done, you'll realize that the person you end up with probably had the right thing in their chart to make it happen. If it doesn't work out, then that is just something to learn from in the future. Just to say "Learning does not imply stating that you will never date Virgos again", all it means is that you will have relationship experience that you will be able to pass onto the next.

Definitely Aquarius Virgos might be to critcal for easygoing Libra.
