What's the next 3 #s? 243, 81, 27, 9...?

I can't find the pattern. I know it has to do with multiples of 9, but I'm stumped. Help!

    Just keep dividing each number by 3.

    243/3=81

    81/3=27

    27/3=9

    9/3=3 The first number is 3

    3/3=1 The second number is 1

    1/3=1/3 The third number is 1/3

    divide each number by three. next three numbers are 3, 1, and 1/3

    Actually you keep dividing by 3.

    so 3, 1, 1/3, ...
