What are some must have Garry's mod addons?

Question

Just bought Garry's mod and looked through garrysmod.org at the many addons for the game. Lets just say that sites a bit overwhelming when your just browsing because of the lack of organization. I'm just curious if anyone has some suggestions for mods that are great to have for someone who is looking to build forts, vehicles, weapons, and other contraptions. 

P.S I do know about the PHX mod packs but am not sure if the 3rd pack is all the packs in one of is just the 3rd addition.

Well, you might get tired of building on plain old gm_construct or gm_flatgrass (probably not), so I'll give you some awesome building maps.
