Any tips for healthier hair?

My hair is weak, thin, and dry. I dyed it in the past but haven't done anyting to it for a couple years now. Is their anything I can do, or is it too late to undo the damage.

Should shave and go o'natural and buy a wig?

When ever I feel like I need to have that clean shampooed feeling i just mix Apple cider vinegar and water in a spray bottle (about 2x a month) and mist my hair with it then rinse.. believe me shampoo is seriously damaging. Nix it for a while..

    you need to cut off the damage. also check into the product line Aphogee. i use it 7 it stopss brekage from chemical treated hair. You need to balance out your Ph. To do this you need a balanced amount of moisture and protein to keep your hair healthy

    never shave your hair and get a wig. let it grow out and deep condition it every week or so. get it trimmed every month to take off the dead ends and take care of it. but dint shave it off. wigs itch. haha

    Definitely don't do use anything with oil, because it takes forever to get out.
