Definitely The Dark Knight. This is probably the only film I have ever watched where I've enjoyed it more each time I see it. When the first time I watched The Dark Knight I thought it was pretty good but I was a little confused at some areas. The second time I watched it I understood the film more. And now I just watch the film for pure entertainment!

I tend to watch a few over and over:
1) Singles (GREAT, GREAT MOVIE!)
2) Reality Bites
3) Along Came Polly
4) The Usual Suspects
5) Office Space
These are all awesome movies!! & if you are looking for a super scary movie, perhaps to watch even just once, try the sequel to the old movie, When A Stranger Calls...It's called When a Stranger Calls Back...Best sequel i've ever seen! The end is INSANE!!
Hope that helps! I guess it all depends on your type of movies...
