America won the Battle of Lexington.

The Battle of Saratoga helped boost the morale of the revolutionaries because they one easily and not a lot of people were left dead

On April 19, 1775 the Redcoats marched to Lexington to find 70 Minute Men there. The Minute men started to leave when a shot rang out, and firing started. 8 Minute Men were killed; the British then marched on to Concord.

As far as what battle helped boost the revolutionaries morale, it could be argued that it was Saratoga or Trenton.

Saratoga changed the course and the character of the war. Impressed by a solid victory, France now openly gave us aid, as well as Spain.

However, I would choose Trenton. While not a major battle, the victory had a major change in the morale of the revolutionaries. Up until that point, morale was down because the rebels had yet to win a battle. Even Congress was doubting Washington's abilities. (Washington was not to blame; it was the lack of troops, supplies, training.) The victory at Trenton raised morale, and many more men volunteered for the army.
