what is a fair solution to this problem?
Okay say Man A and Man B make a business arrangement in which Man A wants to buy a product from Man B, totaling $565. Man A sends the money to Man B who receives it and asks for the address to mail the product to. Man A gives address, however inverts two numbers in the address (1249 instead of 1294.) Man A immediately corrects himself (<1 minute). This is via phone text message by the way. When Man B sends the product, he sends it to the wrong the address. Now the product is lost, had no return address, and Man A tries to contact the other address with no avail. What is a fair solution? Should Man B refund the money, half the money, no money??
I could really use your opinions. Thank you!

This is why we have courts. Both sides have valid arguments. Not sure which is right. Who has the product now? When it was delivered to 1249 instead of 1294 but with the wrong name, why was it accepted?

Man B had an obligation to ensure the product made it's way into the hands of Man A. Obligation was not fulfilled. In addition Man B failed to provide a return address, and proof of delivery.
I would say a refund of the full price of product is due.

Well in the case that Man B received the text:
Man A should receive full refund, Man A corrected their mistake and Man B is responsible for not taking notice to this.

Man B should return ALL the money. If he had taken the simple precaution of putting a return address on the package, the problem would not exist.
