Feedback on this poem I wrote two years ago....?
"A little lost"
The hour is late and I'm out of clues
My empires desert me into the edge of surf
I check my watch, I check my compass
Neither is of any use to me now
I look to see if I can find the North Star
But the clouds have obscured my view
So I hold my course, not knowing…
Whether safety or disaster lay ahead
"I know this heartache
is a spec in the sky of love..."*
Yet…..
I still feel a little lost.

Excellent - I used to hate poetry but as I have gotten older I have found the beauty in it. I even write some myself.
