Plz do suggest what are the methods to engage my baby's head?

I m in 39 weeks of pregnancy. two days back doc said that the baby is little down but not that much.. SO i presume baby's head is not engaged. I have only 10 more days for my due date. The waiting is really frustrating and i really don't want to go more than 10 days. The doc said we will wait and see.. Please any one with experience do help me with suggestions how to make the baby's head engaged sooner and in case if i don't do any of it...will the baby's head be engaged normally? This is my first pregnancy... Please help!!

Hi ncute! Congrats & relax! They say that you can crawl around on your hands & knees, no kidding. Do a lot of walking, too, with a partner. You can also try a nice warm relaxing bath to relax. Listen to calming muisc & read something that distracts you.

I hope for a happy & healthy birth for you both... don't worry! =)

I've heard alot of different things like walking, massaging your breasts to stimulate the labor inducing hormones, and conjugal relations. Good luck...I've been there and I know it is not fun.
