When is the Federal Government going to put the money they used out of Social Security to fund their give away programs and to fight three wars?

    Please be specific. What time period, which give-away programs?

    Are you talking about how Reagan made the Social Security Trust Fund buy treasury bonds to hide how big the deficit is? If so, the answer is when those bonds come due.
