That is like one bag of onions. I would use those up in no time with just regular cooking.

I like to slice onions and put them in the leftover brine from pickles, it takes about 10 days for them to pickle, you can use sweet or dill. You could also make fresh salsa, chop onions, tomatoes and bell peppers mix together and add a few sprigs of fresh cilantro ....very refreshing!
