How do you make or decorate hula hoops for music festivals?
If you have ever been to the festival, there's always girls with really cool hula hoops that they design. Some even have LED lights. Does any one know where to get the supplies and how to do it? Also where can i learn to dance like they do with the hoops?

Adult hoops are REALLY easy to make and as far as the dancing goes~ just move to the beats! I LOVE hooping and recently, Ive gotten my children into it also...if you are not the crafty type or just dont feel like making one, you can buy them at most shows and off of ebay. Just google "hula hoops" or "collapsible hula hoops" and there are SO many sites that can help you out.

You aren't in charge of her life, it is her own decision. Unless you run her entire life, she will make the decision herself. You can HELP her make the decision, tell her your own opinion. Don't say "You should do this..." say "If it were me, I would do this.." or "In my personal opinion, I think this is your best option.." Remind her abortion is not the only answer. If she doesn't want to keep the baby, she can give it up for adoption. Abortion is the murder of a child. In my personal opinion, you never have the right to take another life. However, there are many different opinions about abortion on this site, so you'll get each end of the spectrum. You have just as much a right to your own opinion, as we do, and as she does. Make sure she thinks about it logically first. Yes, there are many downsides of being a young mother, and there are some upsides. Just like there are downsides and positives about abortion. Adoption as well, there are of course differen't pro's and con's. Why don't you sit down with her and discuss it? It shouldn't be a snap decision, write down the pro's and con's of each situation. After this is all over with, and whatever the outcome happens to be, discuss with her birth control. Obviously her parents haven't spoken with her about it, and even if they have, it's clearly not getting through to her. Rather than telling her to go on birth control to prevent this from happening again, why don't you go on it together? She will probably feel more comfortable going through it with a friend. Good job being there for your friend, she needs you right now =)

If you do not have a hula hoop use cardboard. If you do have one use lots of string, glitter, stickers, rubber bands, pretty much anything you want.
