Does anyone know what font this is?

It is a sub-set of Blackletter, known as Bastarda, which, in this case, is a form of calligraphy from medieval France.

There are some typefaces created using this style.

You know, before computers people did this stuff by hand. This is such an example. It is called calligraphy. You have similar stuff in computer fonts
