Why has some level 1 person started reporting all my old questions and answers?

They're called trolls. A troll, is a person who just annoys people on the internet websites. There are 8 kinds of trolls:

♣The poster trolls:

They will answer questions, or post their own questions to insult other users, harass them or make fun of them.

♣The Reporter Trolls:

These trolls usually do not post, but instead they report every post they have ever came across, in order to get them deleted, which can even get the user suspended for violation the Community Guidelines or the Terms of Service, or for doing nothing!

♣The Thumbs Down Trolls:

These trolls will give Thumbs Down to all the answers in a specific question for fun.

♣The Message Trolls:

These are trolls that just sends nasty messages to users via email.

♣The Jealous/Insecure Trolls:

These are mostly the respected users, who just want to report others to maintain their own reputation.

You can find one of them in the Election category.

♣The Clone Trolls:

These are trolls that clones (imitates/impersonate) another user and posts bad comments/questions/answers so that they could give the victim a bad name.

♣The Spammer Trolls:

They post links to questions or answers that leads to virus/spyware/adware/malware(and all other harmful wares) download websites, that damages a person's computer.

♣The All in One Troll! (The KINGS/QUEENS>

These trolls do all the things mentioned above!

Usually, after you berate someone, or call someone out, one of two things will happen.

They will either send you a cuss filled hate email, telling you off........

or two...........

they will create a whole new account...........send you a flattering email, telling you how much they LOVE your writing, so that you add them........(and then they can see all your questions.....) and then they will spend the rest of their unhappy, pathethic lives. setting about to make you miserable........because they have no real life themself, so harassing YOU becomes their new mission in life.

I have had this happen.........and still wonder, with each NEW contact........if it's this same BOZO, all over again.

They know no time limits...........years will pass, and they will still be at it........trying to take you down. I was level 7 once and beyond....but the trolls finally got me.

I didn't do a thing wrong.....but endless reporting DOES eventually take it's toll. Ya just have to wipe all your contacts clean, and only re-add the people you absolutely TRUST.

Yeah, it's a shame...........but the trolls here make it that way.

and Yahoo.......does it's part by allowing these same people, with the same ISP's to come BACK..........5 seconds after they are deleted or suspended. I had a guy here call me a SC*MBAG and other names.....in print, on the boards.........and I reported it.......and his account is STILL active. What the heck is up with THAT???

That's not insulting other members? I reported this troll like 20 times, and I just finally gave up.

It does no good..........he's still following me......thumbs downing every damn thing I write on one board. What can ya do?

Its all a coincidence. Well, we level 1 people are Level 1 only in Yahoo answer. May be we are good in something else. So, dont judge people by their appearance. . .

Just Do ur work efficeintly.

They have no life so they are willing to give their time just to get revenge for something that you said. It is best to keep all your answers private.

He/she added you just to get into your profile and report it..may be because of 'jealousy'?
