Rooker's Argument in a Nutshell
Premise: Jehovah's Witnesses are forbidden to play sports (apparently any sports).
Premise: Serena Williams is a baptized, active Witness in good standing.
Premise: Serena Williams "acted up" during a tennis match Sunday night after a terrible call was made against her.
Premise: Serena's "acting up" makes her a "not nice" person.
Conclusion: None of Jehovah's Witnesses are nice people.
Besides the fact that the first two premises are completely unproven and unsupported by any evidence whatsoever, the conclusion is also a non sequitur, i.e., does not follow the premises, even if we assume them to be true.
The most that could ever be gotten from this argument (even if we assumed the first two premises true, which they are obviously not) is that
Serena Williams is not a nice JW.

"Since the Jehovah's Witnesses aren't allowed to play sports"
Really? Since when?
"then why is Serena Williams playing tennis?"
Please provide proof that either of the Williams sisters are actually Jehovah's Witnesses. That involves more than just saying you are or being raised by parents who are Jehovah's Witnesses.
"Also, since they are considered nice people, why did Serena WIlliams acted up the way she did Sunday night"
That behavior would indicate that she is not one of Jehovah's Witnesses. You would have to ask her why she behaved in such a manner.

Jehovah's Witnesses are permitted to play recreational sports. Usually though at congregational picnics they tend not to keep scores when playing a sport for these can cause fights and contentions. Boxing is one sport they would not play.
With regards to playing sports professionally, there is no rule against it, only that they should limit their association with the people of the world...people alienated from God. Sports that give off an air of nationalism such as those that require playing against the world e.g, soccer, or those that require winners do a victory lap with the national flag of their country no true Jehovah's Witness would participate in.

Serena Williams is not one of Jehovah's Witnesses, I do believe her and her sister both were raised witnesses, but the conduct she performed the other night was not that of a witness.
And winesses don't play professional sports because it takes too much time away from our worship and ministry. We do in fact play sports at get togethers and for recreation with our families.

The question starts off with a false premise, and ends with a false conclusion.
Jehovah's Witnesses are "allowed" to play sports, but few do so professionally, because of the time and dedication required, and because of the violent or risky atmosphere of some sports.
The Williams sisters have long associated with the world, rather than with Jehovah's Witnesses. It is questionable if they were ever baptized as Witnesses. Even so, in view of where they choose to associate, if they do something worldly, why should Jehovah's Witnesses be asked to explain?
"Do not be fooled. Bad companions ruin good character." (1 Corinthians 15:33, Good News Bible, published by the American Bible Society)
However, as the Bible also says:
"Whichever one of you has committed no sin may throw the first stone at her." (John 8:7, Good News Bible, published by the American Bible Society)
And,
"If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and there is no truth in us." (1 John 1:8, Good News Bible, published by the American Bible Society)
Serena Williams is an adult. What she did reflects on her, maybe on tennis, but not at all upon Jehovah's Witnesses.
That's because her actions are in violation of our standards, not in harmony with them.
Edit: No one is "raised" as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. People become Jehovah's Witnesses only by making an informed, personal decision to serve Jehovah, and then symbolizing the decision by public water immersion.
Being raised by Witness parents, or studying with Witnesses, or even going out in the ministry, without baptism, does not make a person one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

It has been know that serena williams once said she claimed she was a Jehovah's witness. She may just be a believer and not a true devoted Christan. A real jehovah's witness will never put their career over their ministry. And besides, as a Jehovah's witness, we are not banned from anything. We can do anything we want. No one can stop us. Rather it be wrong or right, we have choices to make. We can serve god the way he wants, or not. True Jehovah's witness know that wrong doing will bring serious consequences and we hold the bible as our up most authority for making our decisions. Besides, I play sports, but my priority isn't that, its preaching the good news.

Serena Williams is not one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
I play sports. Just not good or professionally.
I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

I am a Christian, one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Your question(s) raise a few points/issues.
"Since the Jehovah's Witnesses aren't allowed to play sports"??
Might I ask your basis for that assumption?? It isn't accurate/truthful. I understand it's easy to not know all the "in's and out's" of someone else's faith, so thinking we don't play sports, isn't that big a deal.
"why is Serena Williams playing tennis"?
Firstly, I don't know the young woman, nor do I know if she's a Witness. As I pointed out before, there is no prohibition from Witnesses playing sports anyways.
"since they are considered nice people, why did Serena WIlliams acted up the way she did Sunday night"??
Firstly, it's nice that you consider Witnesses "nice people" but even the nicest people "act up" from time to time.

That is a decision she made. JW's are warned about the dangers of love of money and prestige and the focus of all of a person's time on one thing without maintaining spiritual goals and study. They can be a big snare. If she feels she has the strength to do that that is her choice but she won't get thrown out of the congregation for it. Some have gone to University and while there maintained study and prayer and to keep strong in such a nonspiritual environment they preach to others in school. It kept their heart guarded and once they have their diploma got a good job so they could spend more time in service. It's really all a matter of what our focus and goals are in life.
The blow up, well she'll have to deal with that one. I blow up too sometimes at irrelevant things and don't handle situations properly all the time. Being mild is the best way to be but because of imperfection we all slip. It's a matter of not be stubborn about it and admitting when we are wrong.
