we had a 2000 that we thought had a grounding issue as we replaced it( resistor) 3 times...we did find a short to ground issue and thought we had fixed the problem , the van came back about a month later, for the same issue ..we replaced the fan motor drawing to many amps and that was 5 months ago...it has not been back for the blower issue again

i have a friend with the same problem..the dealer said needs a new heater unit..the one that controls the temp and fan speed. its like $500 and his blower keeps blowing and then blew the resistor..so he just unplug the fuse and plugs it back in to have the fan on...so i would say if you have the money replace it.....good luck
