I assume that you are referring to the cost of manufacturing the DVD?
The math is simple in theory. Your overheads (equipment facilities personnel etc) divided by the expected volume plus your profit.
Of course none of that helps you.
Google DVD manufacturing and fire off a bunch of emails to their contact us address. Explain what you are doing and one of them will help.
Volume is the driver. If you have to make 50 at home it is pennies per DVD. If you have to make hundreds of thousands it is different.
If it is a home based thing then your costs are:
A portion (small) of the PC and burner. I say small as it is a sunk cost. (You have it anyway) The printer and ink. A share of the printer and figure the ink cartridges will do 100 DVDs. Cost of the cases and covers. Depends on what you use. Paper sleeve 5 cents. Case with a cover $2.00. Your time. What do you want to be paid for the up to one hour per DVD that you create.
Hope this helps

Amount being made? No. of Employees? Type of Employees? Market? Where to be sold? etc etc etc. You need to know all things like this before a budget can be calculated.
