GIRL HELP PLEASE! C:?

Question

Ok so Wednesday, September 9th was my first day of school, and there was a new girl in our school. I think she's really cute and he a mesmerizing voice. She also has gorgeous eyes. They always seem to gleam when she looks at me. She's quiet and mysterious though. I act the same way which is a plus, though i can be loud sometimes. Anyway She always stares at me, she smiles, and her and her new best friend always giggle when they look at me. They don't just randomly giggle though, it's when they're sitting together in study hall and other classes, where i can't hear them(obviously). Anyway I really don't know how to read her. She also plays with her hair a lot when she's around me. Should I take note to this? And although I don't know if this helps or not, but I'm 13. I think she's 12 but I'm not sure. Ok so on Friday she also started biting her lip when she is around me. And she always gets this dreamy look when she does it. Now I might be totally stupid when it comes to girls but this is DEFINITELY a sign. C:

She def likes you. When girls twirl there hair it means they want to be flirty or that they like you. And her and your bff are so talking about u. Its a girl thing. Ask her out. I know guys fear of being rejected but the signs show she likes you. The worest that she can say is no. and if shes pretty and new then you better get her before someone else does. Ask her out in person. Don't be a coward. Just plainly ask her to a movie. ad dont let people say youre too young your 13. Im 13 to! and were not to young

Dude, playing with hair is such an indication of interest. You should totally tap that. Isolate her from her friend TOMORROW and ask her if she'd like to go eat an ice cream after school or something. If you eat lunch with her at school and her friend is still around, she might just get in the way. Look her in the eyes and tell her what you want, girls love a powerful stare.

Man i think shes into you. certainly seems like it.
I'm not saying just go up & ask he out one day but you should really just try to talk to her & get to know her.
girls usually make it obvious that they like you eventually.
just give it time. & don't worry bout the giggle thing & the hair thing.. Those are pluses. She seems like she has a crush on you.
