I have heard about this(I know I'm late) but what are they? They look like very colorful.

    its a cross between someone who is girly and someone who is emo.

    They are kind of like happy emo people

    they where alot of eye makeup and they dye there hair almost every week to pink blue purple etc.

    they love hello kitty and tattoos
