I'm looking for low fat dinner recipes that I can get my husband to eat!?

He's verrrrrrry picky, so I have to really search for low fat recipes that I can get him to eat. So far I've done chicken cutlets with mushrooms, and turkey meatballs. Do you have recipes like this?

He can't eat anything spicy, won't eat most veggies.....help!

Update:

Seriously, if your going to leave a stupid jack-*** answer, don't waste your time.

Thank you to the people that are actually trying to help!

Sure, here's some ideas that are familiar, but only with a few moderate changes to start eating healthier! Turkey Chili, Ground Chicken/Turkey Burgers on whole wheat buns, Center Cut, Pork Loin Cutlets dusted with Yogurt and Panko breadcrumbs, then pan seared. Ground Turkey Lasagna, use low fat ricotta and cheeses, fresh tomato sauce, you could layer in some spinach if he will eat it, basically any recipe that calls for ground beef, you can use Ground Chicken or Turkey for, little things can be important too, buying low fat mayonnaise, cheese and milk, lose the mayonnaise based salad dressings (I don't know if he does salads at all) but watch the sugar content in your emulsified vinaigrette's, smaller portions of meat and more fish........definitely more fish!!!!!! Baked, broiled, pan seared or grilled, but not breaded and fried please. Turkey Sausage, peppers and onions on a whole wheat hoagie with low fat cheese or just less cheese. Anyways, with all that, here's a recipe I absolutely love, hope you enjoy as well!

    Slow-Cooker Orange Chicken with Potatoes

This recipe was tested in a 6-quart slow cooker. Because different models cook at different rates, the cooking time below is presented as a range. Check for doneness at the low end of the range (but not before, as the escaped heat will significantly slow the cooking). If the food is not done, cover and cook to the end of the suggested time range. If using a slow-cooker smaller than 6 quarts, the cooking time may take an additional hour or more, and results may vary.

    Ingredients

    8 skinless chicken thighs

    Kosher salt and pepper

    2 onions, quartered

    1 pound small red potatoes

1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch pieces

    12 cloves garlic, peeled

1 orange, cut into 1/4-inch rings

    2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

    1 tablespoon honey

    8 sprigs thyme

    Preparation

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. In the bowl of a slow cooker, combine the chicken, onions, potatoes, squash, garlic, orange, broth, honey, and thyme. Set the slow cooker to high and cook, covered, until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Divide the chicken mixture into individual bowls.

If You Don't Have a Slow Cooker: Heat oven to 325° F. Follow the recipe above using a Dutch oven or large casserole. Bake, covered, until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through, 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Try some of the ideas and links in the answer I gave to a similar question awhile back:

P.S. He doesn't need to know there are veggies in some of the dishes if they're pulverized or blended at some point, or if they're just cooked a long time. Also he probably doesn't mind veggies like onions, tomatoes, garlic, potatoes, beans in chili, etc.

    Good luck!
