Is it true that a light bulb uses less electricity when it's on for 3-4 hours than to turn it off when its just turned on?
If its confusing try this:
A) You turn the light on, turn it off immediately.
B) Turn the light on and leave it on for 3-4 hours.
A or B uses more electricity/energy?

I saw this on mythbusters. Option B uses FAR more electricity.
