Does anyone know the names of any of the gangs in the famous Five Points neighborhood? So far I know the Dead Rabbits, The Forty Thieves, The Plug Uglies, and The Five Pointers.

The Five Points Gang themselves, Italian. (Lucky Luciano was a member)
The Bowery Boys.
The Roach Guards.
The Yakey Yakes.
The Whyos who replaced the dead Dead Rabbits.
Jewish gang, Monk Eastman's Eastman Gang.
James Street Gang (Al Capone was a member)
Cherry Hill Gang.
Mulberry Street Boys.
The Black Birds. (Found that one in a song about the Dead Rabbits' battle with the Bowery Boys on July 4, 1857, written by Henry Sherman Back)
There were probably another dozen, if not more gangs of the area. There were more gangs than we really can imagine in New York and Chicago. Hundreds.
