Movie questions, 80's movies?

I need your help guys. I saw this movie when I was a little girl . I want to know the title of an 80 teen movie that  was about a guy that dressed as a girl to win her heart. He dressed as a cheerleader and in his real life  he wore an american football jacket, the colors were yellow and red. I believe that he was not a popular guy. At the end of the movie, he was caught by this girl and she found out that he lied to her about her real name. In one scene of he movie, he tried to kiss her  as a woman and the girl was surprised.

The other film that I want to ask about is another movie from the 80's. The guy was an angel and tried to help this girl to be happy, I guess it was his friend. This actor had Chinese features and the end of the film, they danced. This movie was set in the 50's, he always wore a black jacket.

I saw some of the other answers and I know the last one is NOT Heavenly Kid.  It was not about an angel making a girl happy, it was about a "greaser" guy in the 50's or early 60's dying in a race, he came back to help his son, who his girlfriend was pregnant with at the time of his death, unbeknownst to him.  He has to help his son, in order to get a Ticket to Heaven.  IT's pretty funny, and totally 80's..

other than that, I'm not sure, sorry.  There were quite a few movies made in the 80's along those lines.

1) I'm not certain, as there are a number of gender bender comedies. I thought about this one:

2) The Heavenly Kid (1985)

Bobby prevents this then sets about turning Lenny into a playboy and tough guy. ***SPOILER*** Believing his assignment is complete, Bobby then realizes that Lenny's mother is his former girlfriend who has married another guy. But, Lenny is HIS son! Although not being allowed, he makes himself visible to her.
