Why didn't the cop pull me over?
I was going extremely fast and I didn't see the cop until I was right next to him. He was facing the other direction in a median but he could have gotten me. I thought for sure it was over. I never do this but there weren't many cars and I wanted to test out my car kind of, I don't know what I was thinking. I hope nothing will happen. I turned my normal left shortly after, so if he alerted another cop down the road, I never got to him. I am pretty shook up from the situation and will definitely learn. I just hope the police don't come to my house right now. Lets just go with I was going 100 in a 50 past a cop. Is there any way something will happen now, no way cop got information or anything. I will go back to my usual 5 over is safe rule now.

you got really really lucky, dont press your luck again. anything over 20 mph over, many insurances will drop you.
Once my dad pulled out and started going the wrong way on a street.we all yelled and he turned around, of course a cop is right there, and he never pulled us over either.

there's no way for us to guess what the cop was doing or thinking not pulling you over. Just as at that rate of speed there's no way for you to guess what the driver next to you is experiencing! 100 MPH is WAY too fast for you to react reasonably at a surprise. How do you know the driver slightly in front of you wouldn't blow a tire or something? Have some respect for your vehicle, other drivers, and your life. SLOW DOWN.

Now, how in the hell is anyone HERE going to know why the cop didn't pull you over?? You're lucky he didn't. 100 in a 50 is reckless driving, and you're license would be suspended. And, it SHOULD be, before you kill someone.

He might not have noticed you until too late. You may have been just lucky and he was focusing on someone else doing something unusual. Don't worry unless a ticket comes. It's too late now anyway.
