is it wrong to eat a seagul?
well i have this friend that goes to the sandunes about 5 times a year and they catch seaguls there and eat them! they reel them in with a fishing rod and hot cross bun! they usually catch up to about 3-4 each time they go. is this wrong because thev'e asked me to go with them and i agreed that was before i knew they ate seaguls although that's not really bothering me it's the fact that they painfully kill them.

Your friend is actually a criminal. Whatever you think of Sea gulls, they are protected and it is against the law to kill them. Also, the way they are being killed is cruel and cruelty to animals is also illegal. You should report your "friend" to your local Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or your state's Department of Fish and Wildlife. Perhaps you can convince your friends to stop killing the birds or have them arrested if they won't.

Not only wrong..but illegal. If you live in the US, these birds are protected by law. They can be fined or jailed for what they are doing. I think you make an anonymous call next time they are out there trying to capture birds.
